background colors for multiple Calendars

Is there a way to change the background colors when displaying multiple
Calendars in Outlook 2003? I can change my primary color in Tools Options
but then all other calendars are assigned colors, always in the same order
as they are opened. My users would like to use specific colors for specific
managers.
Thanks for any advice.
