Background image - with no tiling

Can someone tell me what the command is to have a background image on a
page, as a wallpaper, with no tiling. What I'd like to do is have a
image in the center of the page itself.

b. Modify the <body> tag. When you do that, use the
Borders and Shading dialog box. There you can add the
image path and the no-repeat option.
