Background music in presentation

Hi,

I've set up a presentation which contains a number of
video clips. The presentation has been set to pause on
playing the videos. i have also places a music file in
the first slide which continues to play (as background
music) until the last slide. However, this background
music is still playing on while videos are playing
(although the presentation is set to pause on playing
video). Can someone help please?
