Background picture is printed as tiles in Word

I have selected a 7 x 10 inch .jpg pictures as background in my document.

When ich preview the document - the result looks great.

When I print the document the picture is shown in tiles and I cannot click
the button: Look picture aspect ratio!

Why is that? can you help????
