background sound for a word web document.

I have attempted to attach background sound to my word created web page as
stated how to do by the help assistant. When I do so this message comes up:
This object was created HTMLInlineSoundCTL. This application is not
available to open this object. make sure the application is properly
installed and that is has not been deleted, moved, or renamed.
I tried to contact tech support on this issue and they did not like my
PID. I also tried to see if there were any FAQ's on it, I could not find any.
I also tried to see if there was anything I could get off my installation CD
of Microsoft Office 2003 Professional but could not locate anything close to
what I needed. Someone please help. Thank you.

Several web form controls, including the sound control, have security
holes that could let a hacker take over your machine. Microsoft has
disabled those controls. There is no replacement at this time -- see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=886299 for details.
