Background sound

I am trying to add background spund using the directions provided in Help. However, FP does not seem to be able to recognize any music files in the folder they are located, including Windows Media files.

Anybody have any thoughts?

Do you have the page properties set to Custom??

Tools > Page Options... > Compatibility > set all to custom.
