Background

I'm a newbie to this list. I have a presentation where I've put an image as
background on the master slide and turned it off on several slides where it
was inappropriate. After a number of changes to the presentation, I replaced
the master slide background image with a different one. Now, I can't turn it
off on selected slides.

Any thoughts as to where the problem is?

How did you insert in now and before in the master slide - through Format |
Background or Insert | Picture....?
