OK here is the problem I am having I want to make a quad table borders and
for some reason when i go to edit it does not give me the option to click on
background image its in gray so i cant open file to put in the background
image.Plz help

Could you please try explaining that again. To you, what are "quad table
borders"? How does a background image relate to table borders. Try to use
clear sentences, not run-on text.
