Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup. It's not clear from your post
whether you're using Word, Publisher, or some other program... but
Access would not be a good program for brochures!

with your permission, John, i'd like to "borrow" your wording above when i
answer these types of posts. it's the best response i've seen to this issue.

Just remember he gets a 1 cent royalty each time anyone uses it.

Given the problems with Microsoft's Help system, he'll be rivaling BillG in
no time! <g>

Thanks... I put it in my "boilerplate" folder. You are welcome to use
it without attribution.

Douglas, however, will owe $0.02 per use... just for being a wise guy!
