Backing up email account info

Does anyone know the email account information is stored?
And if so how can you back this information up and
subsequently restore it if you ever need to reinstall
Outlook to save having to re enter all the information
manually?

I have checked the knowledge base but can't find
anything.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
