backing up email address book

I have over 100 email address in MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2007 with there address
and phone numbers and that important info. I just bought a new tower and I
want to copy all address from this computer to my new one. I know I use to
go to file export the address book and import it to the other pc.. and it
worked. But in OUTLOOK 2007 I can't get the complete address book to copy
and insert into the new pc. Can you help!

After furious head scratching, Bugzie asked:
