Backing up Groove

I have a workspace that is over 3G and i'd like to break this up by year,
2006,2007,2008 so it keeps each workspace below 2G. I have archived the
workspace and when I load the archive everything transfers except the Files
Tool. I was going to archive the 2008 site, delete the 2008 and 2006 files
and rename it to 2007.

What would be the best way to do this?

Hi John -

I think your best bet would be to save the files out to a folder on your
computer and then you can split them up by year.

If you try to export all the files in one go, it will probably take some
time - better to do it on a folder-by-folder basis.
