Backing Up My Notes in Outlook

I put alot of notes in outlook and sync it to my iPhone and I want to back
them up in case of crashes, can someone give me step by step how to back my
notes up, i guess there a .pst files. thanks.

Version of outlook? Go to file, Data file management and select the pst,
then Open folder button. Close Outlook and copy the pst.
