Backing up Outlook

Hi. I'm using Outlook (and a few other Office2007 apps) in a Windows XP VM
on my Mac (runs beautifully, by the way). I need to back up all of the MS
apps so I can restore in case the VM fails, because I don't have the
original disks anymore. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

No, you cannot extract the installation files from an installed OS and then
port it to another system. Why not backup the VM or request a new disk set?

I'm using Parallels Desktop for Mac and there is an error with the Compress
Disk utility; meantine it has bloated out to 30gb but I have only about 2gb
in files on the VM. So I have no choice but to create another VM.

My copy of Office is with my son at college. I could wait another month,
but...
