Backing up Outlook

When I back up the .pst file using the Outlook backup feature, will it back
up all of the feautres of outlook, inluding calendar, contacts, emails etc
and can it be easily restored, if required. Thanks

Yes. The only thing it WON'T backup is your account information AFAIK....
