Backing up Outlook

I have been backing up Outlook 2010 using OutlookBackupPro but it
won't work with pst files over 4 Gb.

Is there another Outlook backup program that doesn't have this
restriction.

I have been trying to reduce my pst file by dragging emails from
Outlook to explorer folders and then deleting the messages in Outlook.
Is there a better way to do this?

I don't know. I don't specifically back up my email files. Instead, I
back up the entire drive volume and the email comes along for the
ride.

When one of my pst files gets bigger than I'd like it to be and I
don't feel like going through it and cleaning it up, I simply create a
new data file and move entire email folders to the new file. It's
quick and painless.
