Backing up PST file

The PST file seems to need to be closed before ANY backup program will back
it up.

Are there any backup programs that will back it up when it is open?

What are all the relevant files that have to be backed up for
OUTLOOK 2000
OUTLOOK 2002

1. The .pst file must be closed.
2. All of your Outlook data is in the .pst file.
