Backing up/Restoring outlook e-mails

Before reformating ny hard drive I copied my e-mail and
folders onto disk. I copied them from
C:\windows\application data\identities\... adn then tried
to copy them back in after the re-format, but Outlook
Express won't pull up th .dbx files. Any advice on how to
restore e-mails from a .dbx file?? Thanks in advance

Outlook doesn't use .DBX files -- Outlook Express does. See
