backup address book?

I recently switched from Outlook Express to Outlook, and I can't figure out
how to back up my address book. Can anyone help?

You mean the Contacts folder? All information Mail, Contacts, Calendar,
Notes, Journal, Tasks are kept in 1 pst-file.

With Outlook closed, just make a copy of your PST.
