Backup and Improt SQL Data into Access

Hello,

I am a newbie to this forum and apologize if I've placed
this question in the wrong area. Anyhow, here it goes...

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to backup and
import SQL data into access 2000 on a regular basis?

Either link to the tables via an ODBC DSN, or use SQL Server DTS to export
them.

There are other ways, but those are the two simplest (in my opinion)
