Backup and Restore

Hello,

How can i backup my mails with attachemnts,address book from my outlook
express? I want to write those to CD. I will restore if my system
crashes/formatted.

1. How to backup all my outlook content
2. How to restore

** If i restore, is it appends to the existing one or existing one will be
overwritten? I want to append to existing one.
