Backup multiple profiles

We have a shared XP system with multiple Outlook 2000 mail profiles. Mail is
handled through an exchange 5.5 server. Is it possible to backup the Mail
Profiles that have been created through "Mail" in Control Panel? The goal is
not to recreate all the individual profiles on a new system.
