Backup pst file only with done flag, posible ??

Hi
I need a program tha will allow me to backup to PST my Public folders
and mailboxes connected to outlook (exchange/IMAP).
It should allow to configure archivization for any folder/mailbox alown
(time of starting, seting whitch mail should be archivizated, etc).
Very importent is that it allows to set archivization, only for mails
that are done (flag done).
It will run on Outlook 2003 whit 3 mailboxes.

I will be very grateful for any help, because my search brings no
result.
