Backup settings

Is there a way to backup my settings/preferences in Office 2007?
I recently had a crash, and it took me over an hour to re-set my settings
in Word and Excel.

The article at http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/FilesToBackup.htm is still
generally applicable, though you'll be looking for Normal.dotm rather than
Normal.dot, and there are also some specific new files that store building
blocks.
