My computer crashed and I had to format the drive and
reinstall the programs. I always download and install the
backup tool add on for Outlook 2000. I have been using it
for years. This time after a successful installation was
indicated the tool does not show up in the file drop down
menu. I have tried everything and cannot get it to work.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
