Backup utility for Outlook 2003

I've been trying to run the backup and it keeps telling me some other
application is locking out the file. I've rebooted and tried several times
from a clean start.

Any suggestions?

Do you have any applications that are using your address book / contacts as a source of information?

I use WinFax Pro and it uses my contact list as a source for information on outgoing faxes. So before I can run the backup utility in Outlook 2003, I have to exit that program. This happens because WinFax Pro is one of the applications in my Windows start-up file and it automatically links to outlook when my system boots up.

I've just gotten into the habit of rebooting when ever I run the Outlook backup utility to make sure that I don't forget to restart my fax program.
