Backup

I want to backup all pf my mail folders, address book and
contacts in Outlook and Outlook Express, but I don;t know
what fiels to backup and where they are. Can anyone help?

go to office sight and go to outlook addins. there pick
out the pstbackup dounload and follow the instructions
