I want to make a security backup of my harddisc content. However, Office XP
Home Edition will not let me neither burn my files (approx. 4 GB) on a DVD RW
nor make a security backup.
What to do?

Office doesn't normally write to CD\DVD. So I suspect it's an issue with
the burning software you use and the 4 GB file size.

PS. Not sure what "Office XP Home Edition" is either. Perhaps you are
confusing Windows XP Home with the Office XP suite and the "Home Use
program" ??
