Backwards Incompatibility of .MSG Files

Users running Ofc./Outlook 2003 save emails as .msg files but then other
users running Ofc./Outlook 2000 cannot open. Appears to be incompatible. We
run Exchange 2000 Svr.

Can I configure to handle this scenario?

Hi Bob,
maybe you save the OL2003 as Unicode.
