Bad characters appears

Hi,

My problem is that on several pc in my office, when you work with a document
in Word XP, some characters are sometimes replaces with specials characters
like a square or any other strange characters.

The problem doesn't appears everytime... and is not a consequence of a
particular manipulation... sometimes, you just have to move around the doc
and the original text reappears... but sometimes, the original text is
definitively lost.

Has someone an idea about this problem ? Bug ? Virus ? problem with the font
used to write the text ?

This may be that you need to update either your graphics driver or printer
driver. I recommend that you check the supports sites for both the graphics
and printer and see if they have new drivers and install them.

If it is a virus, the documents would corrupt and never recover!
