Bad Mail & Good Mail Folder

I have a workstation running XP with Outlook 2000. A few
days ago the message in the inbox disappeared and two new
folder appeared under the inbox. They are "Good Mail"
and "Bad Mail". Can someone tell me what program adds
these two folders to Outlook. By-the-way, we connect to
an Exchange 2000 server.

Sounds like an antispam application of some sort - no idea which. Did you
install one? Did your network admins install one? They're the ones I'd ask
first.

Funny thing, I am the Network Administrator. The
workstation in question is a client. My first thought was
also an anti-spam application. This user is allowed to
install programs but it happened while he was out of town.

Have you looked at his computer to see what's installed/what addins are in
outlook?
