Bad Message stuck in Outbox

Hello
A message I tried to send a couple of days ago with a pdf attachment did not successfully send and seems to be stuck in my Outbox causing an error each time a Send/Receive is performed. I don't need to send the message anymore, I just need to get rid of it and the error. I have tried deleting it and moving it but neither one works. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of it
