Trying to use the Business Card template to create
employee badges with photo. But how to I add image file
and each person's name and DL# without printing one per
page?

Pam you will need Publisher 2003 to do that.

No other versions of Publisher will do a picture merge.

The feature in Publisher 2003 is called 'Catalogue Merge' and works very
well indeed.

There is a great freeware utility here
http://home.a03.itscom.net/tsuzu/programing/en/ to list all your picture
files in a folder for the Merge file in Publisher 2003.
