Banner Ad Manager error

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:fprotate.class is the
error message that I get when I try and open our home
page. Not sure what was done differently but started up
about a week ago and the pictures don't show. They pics
are on the server. Thanks, Ralph.

Have upgraded to Windows XP, IE6 or installed any updates?
Is the fprotate.class file in the root of the web?

Have done all of the updates mentioned below. Yes the
fprotate.class in in the root of the web.

Then you may no longer have the MS Java Virtual Machine thanks to Sun. For
this reason it is recommended that you avoiding using Java Applets, as you
site visitor may have the same issues.
