Banner Ad Manager Properties

I'm sure this might sound like a silly question, but I'm
really new to FrontPage, so I hope you will be forgiving.

I inserted a Banner Ad in my homepage, inserted 7
pictures for it to flash between. It seems to work
perfectly when I view it IN FRONTPAGE, but when you
actually visit the site, all you see is a lovely gray box
where all this fun stuff should be happening.

What am I doing wrong? (please)

Any help would save many dosages of Aspirin.

I had the same thing happen to me and it was because my
images were of varying sizes. Once I made them the same
size and the box big enough to fit them in, I was all set.
I hope this helps.
