Banner Ad Manager ?'s

Can someone tell me how/if its possible to make each banner ad have
hyper link?? The feature in the Ad Manager seems like its only for on
link....

Not possible with the Banner Ad Manager, which also requires users to have a
Java Virtual Machine installed, as many users of Windows XP and IE6 do not
have.

Well thats not so good...

Is it possible to make them in Adobe Imageready and asign the link
there?

I don't use Adobe Imageready, I have no idea what can do.
