Banner ad manager

I want to increase the size of my banners, but when I follow the directions
to access the banner ad manager by right clicking on a banner in page view I
do not see the manager. Help! I am using Frontpage 2002.

I want to add "The" to the title, but when I do Frontpage does not upload
correctly. I receive the message Frontpage has a command it cannot pharse.

Ok, go to navigation view and rename the page title. You are not using the Banner Ad Manager applet.
