Banner Ad Manager

I understand that you have to have the JVM to see your banner ads. So I've
downloaded it from java.com but I still only see a white box when I check out
my webpage on IE. What have I done or not done?

Have you configure IE/Windows to use it ?

Also you do realize that all of your site visitors will also have to have it installed?

I thought that having the Java logo in my Windows systray and having the Java
add-on listed as enabled in Internet Explorer was all that was needed to use
it.

Only for your computer. Everyone else who visits your site must also have
Java installed.
