banner ad problem

I created a banner ad using five JPEGs, but when I try
Preview or Preview in Browser all I get is a gray box.

The Banner Ad manager is a Java Applet so you need a Java Virtual Machine on
your PC to view it. Go to http://java.sun.com/ and download one. Microsoft
has been removing it from Windows because of the court case with Sun.
