is there any way to make a banner ad manager in fp 2003? i remember i could
in 2000, but i upgraded and now it seems i can't find this feature.

Deprecated (like all JAVA components), but still buried in the Tool Well
If you really want to use JAVA (not globally supported)
View Tools Bars Customize Commands and look in the Insert menu to drag it back to your tool bar
