Banner and Contents Template

I am trying to set up a page using the Banner and Contents frame template. I
have three different links in the banner frame that I want to link to three
different contents (link 1 to a set of contents, link 2 to a different set,
etc.). There are multiple links within the three different contents that link
to different text in the main frame. Any guidance?
