Banner and Link Bar - derived file problem

I have Frontpage 2003. I had it on a laptop with
XP Prof, but the laptop was a piece of @#%@ and it
died. Got new tower with Vista and loaded FP. I
can add new pages to my website, but the banner
and navigation button for that page have the red x
in them instead of the graphic. It seems as
though it is not adding the information to the
_derived file for those files.

I am thinking this is likely a Vista problem.
Anyone else hear of this? Any thoughts?
