banner in theme

I know this is easy for you all, but I can not get the banner to show in my
chosen template.
I have FP 2000 and I chose theme: network blitz. I can not get the banner
to show. I read the help that says I need the navigation, so I went to the
navigation view but I just do not understand what it wants me to do.

all navigation wants you to do is drag a file from the "folder pane" onto
the screen. do your home page first. there are options available from the
right click menu on items in nav. view.
you can drag other pages under the home page and under those pages etc.
it's like a flow chart type map of how you are structuring your site.
