any suggestions would be helpful!
I have a question regarding Outlook 2003 and calendar –
We have a shared network calendar in my workplace, and we often travel or
have appointments that should be ON TOP of the list of “all day eventsâ€, but
I noticed that they appear in the order in which they were entered, and I
can’t seem to re-organize them with the most important items being on-top, so
all can see them. (Since changing the screen resolution is not really a
viable option everytime we want to see more of the calendar)
This is especially hard when we look at the calendar in the “month†view,
and many items require you to scroll down to see what is scheduled for the
remainder of the day. If you don’t scroll down, you have no idea.
Any ideas to be able to prioritize which “all day†events appear first other
than entering them in the order you would like them to appear? Is there a
rule that can be created or a macro?
Thanks!
