Banner question

Is it possible to selectively turn off a page banner on just one or two
pages in FP2000? Normally I like the banner (where FP takes the page title
and puts it up top with the style artwork) but sometimes it looks better
without it. When I tried to remove it, FP removed all of the banners from
the whole web.
Thanks in advance for answers.

What is 'css' and how can I find out about it? I've run across this in FP
and always wondered what it is.
Thanks

On the page in question remove the shared borders, (Format->Shared Borders
Select "This Page Only", and unselect Top, Left and Right borders. The
Bottom border can be left in place.)

Rebuild the page using a 2 row table set to 100% width. Use a FP include to
place the left border in the left column of the table, and include the right
border in the right-hand column. Add spacer columns 24px wide between the
borders and the content column.
Merge the cells in the first row. Build your top border in this cell,
duplicating the top shared border, but without the banner.
