Frontpage banner text!!??

After I click the Insert Banner under the Insert Menu it inserts text in a
bracket on my page, however when I right click and go to banner properties to
enter text it does not allow me to do anything. Is this a bogus feature of
Frontpage 2003 or must I do something else? Help!!!

You need to save your page and drag it on to the Navigation View (from Folder List)
