Bar Chart Question Multiple Elements

Greetings excel people,

I have the following data below and I want to create a bar chart fo
the
total # of yes answers, and the total # of no answers for eac
category, for the current location. In addition, I need each tota
displayed to its corresponding bar.

How do I do this? Thanks for your needed help

Put the data in columns in Excel like you posted below.
Highlight all the data (should be 6 columns and 3 rows)
and either click the Chart icon or click on Insert in the
toolbar and then Chart. The Chart wizard should pop up
now. Click next, then next again. Now you're on Step 3,
click the 'Data Labels' tab. Check the box
labeled 'Value' and click next and then finish. This
should do it for you.

If it's stacked columns you're plotting, and you want to show the total of the
stack, you need to add a row, Total, which sums the Yes and No answers in each
column. Make the stacked column chart with all three series, select the total
series, choose Chart Type on the Chart menu, and pick out a line chart. Double click
on the line series, and on the Patterns tab, choose None for Markers and Line (to
make it disappear), then choose Values on the Data labels tab. Finally double click
on the labels, and choose the Above position on the Alignment tab.
