A bar style of vertical lines with horiz line top & bottom displays correct

Project 2007 SP1, Print Preview displays as expected. FAQ 44 no help.
Print to HP hardcopy or .pdf with Acrobat 8 yeilds same result. Tested on 3
different PCs with same Project installed - all results the same. Horizontal
lines still missing from bar style.

Well, as the FAQ says, if the preview is OK you must look outside Project.

Thanks for the help - but I mis-spoke. The print preview shows the exact
same problem as the print output. This has been tested on hard copy print
devices, Adobe Acrobat and PDF995. Tested on 3 different PCs with the same
results.
All 3 PCs (XP Pro SP2) have Procect Standard 2007 SP1 installed. 2 installs
were upgrades, 1 was a new installation - again exact same results.

I have tried some experimenting and I cannot reproduce your symptoms. Try a
new project with a single task and check print preview.
We need to discover whether your project is at fault or whether it is
Project at fault. Does the symptom occur with other projects on this PC?

Narrowed down to 'half height' shapes only - screen shots and files

Try turning off 3-D Gantt Display:
Tools / Options / View / Bars and Shapes in Gantt View in 3-D.
Any change ?

Found this earlier today, yes turning off 3-D Bar and Shapes does correct the
problem. This will be the work around for now. Thanks for the info.
