I know you can define a bar style to act a certain way when it has a
flag, but is there a way to define a bar style when it's not flagged?
My summary bars have text on either end (Quarter starting and Quarter
ending). Some of the summary bars are dividers and I don't want to
show progress on them, so I've flagged them and put a masking bar on
them that starts at the beginning of the project and ends way past the
end of the project. This provides a kind of stripe across the page.
All is perfect except the text on those summary bars still shows up.
Is there a way to indicate that summary bars should have text only
