Those are the symbols in the KNX domotics standard.
First I thought making them myself. But this is not so straightforward
because of the resize issue with text.

Does anyone know how to convert these files en masse ?

And, no, Sandrila does not have them.

I've never seen symbols like that! Nearest I have are the IEC417
symbols.

Anyway, I managed to convert the DXF files to EMF format using Paint
Shop Pro, has a batch mode, only took a minute.
